Before moving to New York in 1997, Nico was at the epicenter of Parisian nightlfe as Director of Public Relations for clubs, parties and DJ's with clients including Susanne Bartsch, David Guetta, the Queen nightclub and the notorious Thanks God I'm a VIP party.

He learned Illustrator and Photoshop, the new, cutting edge software at the time, to do graphic designs for his clients and has never stop.
Once in New York, his well-honed, graphic design talent was used by the LURE, Tunnel, Tom of Finland Foundation, a luxury carpet and rug firm and many others.

In 2012, he began screen printing at the School of Visual Art with one of his design, the Spunky bandana, immediately picked up by the Museum of Sex for their retail store and his company, nicoicon, was born. It focuses on hand printed t-shirts, tank tops, fashions and home accessories with a new line of lighting and furniture introduced in 2016.
